Cancellation and Refund Policy

At G-Fit, we strive to provide high-quality orthopaedic and rehabilitation products. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds may be processed.

1. Return / Replacement Policy

Return or replacement is offered under this policy, subject to the terms mentioned below:

Eligibility

  • Returns/replacements are accepted within 7 days of product delivery.

Applicable in cases where:

  • The product received is damaged or defective, or
  • The customer experiences a size issue.

Important Conditions

  • Product-to-product replacement is not allowed.
  • (E.g., You cannot replace a shoulder immobilizer with a knee brace.)
  • Each product category may have different return rules.
  • The policy listed on the product page will apply over the general policy.
  • Pick-up or replacement cannot be arranged at a different address from the original delivery address.
  • Customers must ensure the product is unused, in original condition, with packaging, tags, and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Products

Certain items cannot be returned due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons. Customers should carefully read the product details before purchase.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Products falling under non-returnable category.
  • Products without mandatory proof (unboxing video).

Exceptions (only if reported within 48 hours of delivery):

  • A proper full unboxing video is compulsory.
  • Wrong Product Delivered Unboxing video must clearly show incorrect item received.
  • Missing / Empty / Tampered Package – Unboxing video required showing the issue.
  • Damaged or Defective Product – Proof must show defect or damage during unboxing.

For Exceptions:

  • Only replacement of the same product will be provided, subject to stock.
  • No replacement/refund will be issued without a valid unboxing video.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only after the returned product is received by Dilvika Orfit in acceptable condition.

Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment source within 5–7 working days of approval.
  • COD Orders: Refund to customer’s bank account within 15 days after approval and submission of bank details.
  • Wallet Refund (if applicable): Processed within 24 hours after approval.

Additional Refund Conditions

  • If a replacement cannot be arranged due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued.
  • Refund will be based strictly on conditions mentioned in the return/replacement section.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing the order.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
  • However, customers may reject the delivery at the doorstep.
  • If G-Fit (Dilvika Orfit) cancels the order due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
  • Dilvika Orfit reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

5. Shipping-Related Notes

  • Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on location.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are visible during checkout.
  • Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
  • Delivery time depends on third-party courier partners and may vary.
