Processing or delivery delays may occur during sales, festivals, or due to courier constraints.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery on our website or the courier’s tracking portal.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timelines depend on third-party courier partners and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, logistics delays, or strikes.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the order value and destination and are displayed during checkout before payment.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders above a specific amount or on selected products. Such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or at checkout.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If you miss a delivery, they may leave a notification or message with further instructions or attempt re-delivery.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, re-shipping may be arranged after verification and payment of additional courier charges.

Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
